George Soule was one of the pilgrims that sailed to America on the Mayflower. He came as an indentured servant with the household of Edward Winslow. Much research has been done over the years to try to determine George's origins. According to Wikipedia, a YDNA project has identified his parents. (See the article here) But, in the opinion of the Soule Kindred in America organization, there is still work to be done to make that final determination.
My lineage starts with George in position #1 and works forward to Katherine Aplington in the 9th generation:

4- William Soule, born in November 1711 in Swansea, Massachusetts
married 1) Jemima Baker in 1733 2) Keziah Gifford in 1738 in Dartmouth, Massachusetts
