Dearest Rayson:
Your dear letter came yesterday while we were busy packing trunks. It is hard to know just what to pack and what to leave out for a while.
We were putting a new handle on Father's trunk when Mrs Wing came to buy fruit jars. She stayed almost all morning and in the afternoon she came again bringing the Goodman family and a Mrs Olson with her. By the time they left the place was nearly sold out. They bought the parlour suite and two chairs, the bed room suite, dining room table and chairs, sewing machine, two small tables, some linoleum and the shades. Mrs. Olson has been visiting in Norway and is starting house keeping all over again. Mother is very well pleased the way things went.
Our little Mother is quite herself again as far as I can tell. She eats what ever she wants but just a little, it is best too this changeable weather.
Here it is already Wednesday, it doesn't seem possible does it, dear? This week will soon be gone and Saturday will be here again.
This morning we washed for maybe next week we will not have anything to wash with.
Well dear, I just took a few minutes off to write a line or two and as there is no more news, will go back to helping Mother. We are as busy as 'cranberry merchants'.
With all our love we remain as ever and forever,
Lovingly,
Mother & Edythe.
